Milli Builders has been putting up structures around Lahore for twenty-seven years: five-marla houses in Sabzazar, kanal houses in DHA and Bahria Town, shop-and-office plazas on Ferozepur Road. We take grey structure, finishing, or the whole job turnkey.
Every contract is quoted the same way — a rate per square foot of covered area, a stage-wise payment schedule, and a bill of quantities that names the brand of each major material before the first brick is laid.
Seven trades, all carried out by our own supervisors and labour. We do not sub-let a job and disappear; the man who quotes your work is on site while it is being built.
Why owners give us the job
Anyone can promise quality on a phone call. These are the four things we do differently, and each of them leaves a paper trail you are entitled to see.
Milli began as a labour contractor working around Mozang and Ichhra. The office at Abid Market has not moved since 2006. If a slab we poured in Johar Town gives trouble, you know exactly where to find us on a Tuesday morning.
Bring the architect's drawing, or just the plot size and number of storeys. You get a per-square-foot estimate in writing within two working days, and a full BOQ before anything is signed. We do not quote a figure over the phone that we cannot stand behind on paper.
Cubes from column and slab pours go to an independent testing laboratory. The reports come to you with the stage bill. You should not have to take a contractor's word for the strength of the roof your family sleeps under.
Deliberately, and it is the reason we turn work away in busy months. A supervisor spread across six jobs is how steel gets under-tied, cover blocks get skipped and curing stops after four days.
Pricing, before you ask
Most contractors will not put a number on a website. We will — because the first thing every owner wants to know is whether the plot they are standing on is affordable to build, and a vague answer wastes everybody's afternoon.
Rates move with plot size, number of storeys, span between columns, whether there is a basement, and how far the site is from Mozang. A five-marla double storey in Sabzazar and a kanal house in DHA Phase 6 are not the same job. Every quotation is issued against a bill of quantities; the rate is fixed at signing, with a written escalation clause covering steel and cement only.

Next step
Walk in with a site plan, a rough idea of the covered area, or nothing at all but a plot number — we will tell you honestly what it costs to build and how long it takes. Estimates are free and we do not chase people afterwards.
