1. Who we are
Milli Builders Private Limited (“Milli Builders”, “we”, “us”) is a construction contracting company registered in Pakistan, with its office at 124–126 Abid Market, Mozang Chungi, Lahore 54000, Punjab, Pakistan. We operate the website millibuilderspk.com and we are the data controller responsible for personal information collected through it.
You can reach us about anything in this policy by telephone on +92 300 846 2715 or by email at info@millibuilders.pk.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us directly
When you complete the enquiry form on our contact page, we collect:
- Your name (required)
- Your mobile or telephone number (required)
- Your email address (optional)
- The area or scheme where your plot or project is located (optional)
- The type of work you are enquiring about (optional)
- The details you type into the message field — which may include plot size, plot number, budget, timing, or anything else you choose to tell us
If you telephone us, email us, send us drawings, or visit the office, we keep the contact details and project information you provide so that we can prepare an estimate and follow up.
2.2 Information collected automatically
This website does not run analytics software, advertising tags, tracking pixels or social media widgets. It sets no cookies of its own.
Like any website, the server that hosts millibuilderspk.com records standard technical log entries when a page is requested: the IP address making the request, the date and time, the page or file requested, the HTTP status returned, the referring page and the browser's user-agent string. These logs are generated by the hosting provider for security and diagnostic purposes and are not used to build a profile of you or combined with enquiry data.
2.3 Information we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not want CNIC numbers, bank details, passwords or payment card information through this website. Contract and payment documentation is handled directly at our office, not through the site. If you receive an email or message claiming to be from Milli Builders and asking you to transfer money or share financial details online, telephone the office on the number above before acting on it.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above only to:
- Reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
- Prepare an estimate, quotation or bill of quantities for the work you have described
- Arrange a site visit or an appointment at the office
- Contact you about a project we are already carrying out for you
- Keep the records we are required to keep for tax, accounting and company law purposes in Pakistan
- Protect the website and our systems from abuse, spam and fraud
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell, rent or trade it to anyone. We do not add enquirers to a marketing list. If we ever want to send you something that is not a reply to your own enquiry, we will ask your permission first.
4. Our basis for processing
Where the law of your country requires us to state a lawful basis for handling your information, we rely on the following:
- Your request and consent — you chose to send us an enquiry so that we would answer it
- Steps taken before entering a contract, and performance of a contract — preparing quotations and carrying out construction work for you
- Our legitimate interests — running a construction business, keeping site and project records, and protecting our systems from abuse
- Legal obligation — retention of financial and contractual records under Pakistani tax and company law
5. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no local storage, and carries no analytics or advertising scripts. There is therefore no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
Two things are worth knowing:
- The typeface used on this site is served from our own server, not from a font network, so no third party is contacted to render the page.
- The Google Map on the contact page is not loaded until you click “Load the map”. Until you do, no request is made to Google from this site. Once you do, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under its own privacy policy — see section 6.
If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before it goes live, and the change will be reflected in the version and date at the top of this page.
6. Third-party services
A small number of third parties process information on our behalf or receive it when you choose to use a feature of this site.
| Service | What it does | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Web hosting provider | Stores and serves the pages of this website | Standard server log data, including your IP address, for every page request |
| FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) | Relays the contact form to our email inbox. We use it so that we do not have to run a database of enquiries on the website itself | Everything you type into the enquiry form, plus the technical data needed to deliver it |
| Our email provider | Delivers and stores the email in our info@millibuilders.pk inbox | The content of your enquiry or your email to us |
| Google Maps | Displays the office location — only after you click to load it | Your IP address and map interaction, under Google's own privacy policy |
These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide their service to us. Each operates under its own privacy policy, which we suggest you read if you want the full detail of their practices. If you would rather not involve any of them, telephone us on +92 300 846 2715 or come to the office instead of using the form or the map.
7. When we share information
We share personal information outside the company only in these situations:
- Service providers, as listed in section 6, strictly to operate this website and our email.
- Professionals working on your project — for example a structural engineer, architect, quantity surveyor or specialist sub-contractor — and only the information they need to do their part of your work.
- Our accountants and auditors, for financial records relating to contracts.
- Authorities, where we are required to disclose information by law, by a court order, or by a government or regulatory body acting within its powers — for example in connection with a building approval or a tax matter.
We never sell personal information, never share it for advertising, and never pass your contact details to another contractor, property dealer or supplier for their own use.
8. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted. Construction enquiries often revive a year later when finances are ready, which is why the period is not shorter.
- Quotations and estimates issued: up to 3 years.
- Contract, project and financial records: at least 6 years after completion, or longer where tax, company law or the structural guarantee period requires it. Drawings, bills of quantities and test reports are kept for the life of the guarantee so that we can answer a claim.
- Server logs: as retained by our hosting provider, typically a matter of weeks.
9. Security
The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and the contact form is transmitted over the same. Access to our email inbox and project records is limited to the people in the company who need it, and office computers are password-protected. Paper files — drawings, contracts, site registers — are kept at the Abid Market office.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise. Please do not send CNIC copies, bank details or other sensitive documents through the website form; hand them over at the office or discuss with us how best to send them.
10. Your rights
Whatever country you are in, we will honour the following on request:
- Access — ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
- Correction — have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
- Deletion — have your information deleted, subject to records we are legally required to keep (see section 11).
- Objection and restriction — ask us to stop or limit the use of your information.
- Withdrawal of consent — where we rely on your consent, withdraw it at any time. This does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
- Portability — receive the information you gave us in a commonly used electronic format.
- Complaint — complain to us first, and to the data protection authority in your country if you remain dissatisfied.
Contact us using the details in section 16. We do not charge for any of this, and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you a question or two to confirm that you are the person the information belongs to.
11. Deleting your information
To have your information deleted, email info@millibuilders.pk with the subject line “Delete my information”, or telephone +92 300 846 2715 and ask for the Managing Director. Please tell us the name and mobile number you used, so that we can find the record.
We will delete enquiry records and remove your contact details from our files within 30 days of confirming your identity, and confirm to you when it is done.
Two limits, stated plainly: we cannot delete records that Pakistani tax and company law requires us to retain, such as invoices and signed contracts; and we will keep drawings, bills of quantities and structural test reports for a completed project for the duration of the guarantee period, because they are the evidence of what was built and how. Everything beyond that will go.
12. Children
This website is intended for adults arranging construction work. It is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and there is nothing on the site aimed at them. If you believe a child has sent us information through this website, contact us and we will delete it.
13. International transfers
Our hosting, form relay and email providers may store or process data on servers located outside Pakistan, and Google Maps operates globally. If you contact us from a country with data protection laws — for example a client in the United Kingdom, the European Union or the Gulf — your information may therefore be transferred to and stored in a country other than your own. We take reasonable steps to use providers that apply appropriate safeguards, and we limit what is sent to them to what is necessary to answer your enquiry.
14. Links to other sites
This website contains a small number of links to external sites, such as Google Maps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any site we link to. When you follow a link away from millibuilderspk.com, that site's own privacy policy applies.
15. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information — for example by adding analytics, changing the form handler, or introducing an online payment facility — we will update this page before the change takes effect, and update the effective date and version number at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be communicated directly. We recommend reviewing this page if you are about to send us information after a long gap.
16. Privacy contact
Questions, requests and complaints about this policy or about your personal information should go to:
